HBI has entered into an exclusive relationship with Sealy, Inc. to provide turn-key co-branded bed services to the cruise industry.

Sealy is the largest bed manufacturer in the world, commanding 37% of the U.S. market. Sealy operates 31 plants, which manufacture bedding in 20 states, three Canadian provinces, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Brazil, Argentina, France, and Italy. In 2003, sales exceeded $2 billion.
