Alan Abrams Joins WSN

Renowned Wine Expert and Lecturer to Lead Wine Programs

SAN FRANCISCO, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 12/21/2005 -- WSN Systems Corporation ("WSN"), a leader in logistics and marketing technology solutions for the wine industry, has announced the appointment of Alan Abrams as Director of Wine Programs. In his new position, Mr. Abrams will be responsible for the development of wine programs for WSN's own 800wine.com™, and for Hospitality Brands clients including Carnival Cruise Lines, Holland America Line, Celebrity Cruises and other hospitality industry clientele. He will also develop supply chain agreements with the wineries providing wine for HBI's clients and programs.

A Certified Specialist of Wine, Alan brings to WSN many years of wine industry experience, including brand management from both the producer and agency sides, as well as an extensive background in wine education. As the Senior Brand Manager at Hiram Walker, Inc., Abrams was responsible for its leading product, Canadian Club, and nine other spirits brands. After several years of hands-on experience marketing spirits, he joined BBDO Advertising in 1984 and turned his attention to the wine industry, where he oversaw the Almaden Vineyards account. Over the next ten years, Abrams handled advertising for some of the best-known wine brands in the world, including Mumm Champagne, Mumm Napa Valley, Charles Krug, Sterling Vineyards, B&G French wines and others.
