About Hospitality Brands
Hospitality Brands works with cruise lines, hotel chains,
timeshare companies and travel agent networks to generate
incremental profits and enhance customer service through brand
extensions.
HBI provides turn-key services for its partners by developing
their individual brand extensions and pro-actively marketing
them to current and past customers and to their travel agency
producers. Our partners retain total control over their brand
extension programs, but need not devote personnel or internal
resources to them.
Rather than charging for its services, HBI works as a partner
to the travel industry to enable companies to leverage their
brands and develop new sources of revenue.
Hospitality Brands develops specifically tailored programs,
whether for individual products, wine clubs or online stores.
Products are developed exclusively for the partner's clientele.
Hospitality Brands and the partner agree upon a comprehensive
marketing program, including on-site marketing, Internet sales
and direct-to-consumer communications. A public relations
strategy is also developed to maximize the marketing benefits
for the partner.
Hospitality Brands develops collateral materials, the website(s),
and provides a toll-free telephone capability with full customer
service support for the program. The partner retains control
over the program and the right to alter individual elements
or veto them entirely.
Once a program is underway, HBI overseas all operations,
marketing and customer service in accordance with the partner's
internal standards.
Hospitality Brands provides on-going reporting and accounting
functions for its partners, including remittance of funds
on an agreed upon basis.
